Now that school is about to be or has already begun, I thought I would share some of my favorite ideas for lunches. These can be for school or work, or if your a busy person on the go.
This lovely lady, Sadia from Pick Up Limes, has lots of healthy Vegan Bento Box ideas, which I love! Her recipes are incredibly delicious and easy to make. She makes eating healthy look flawless. I’m all about REAL food. Let’s all make an effort to not put crap in our lunches (processed foods). They are very easy and fast options, but not at all good for you and lack nutrients to keep your body well. This blog post from Frugal Nutrition, has some great ideas!
Another one of my favorite meal-prep queens is Nikki Sharp. Her book on meal-prepping is brilliant and so motivating. She knew that if she could have things that were healthy prepped and ready for her she was less likely to binge on things that didn’t support her goals. Here is a post where she takes 10 ingredients and preps them for the week.
